Amazing concept but... I have experienced a few issues. 1) When 'Aggressive Page Loading' is enabled and you clear the main Chromer app from app history, the webheads don't work when you click on them forcing you to open the webpage from the app history list instead. 2) I don't like the implementation of the bottom bar, it wastes valuable screen real estate when not in use and it doesn't hide when viewing videos in full screen. Why not add the option to create a new webhead when you long press a link instead?
Great. A better Chrome custom tab. There is just this moment when the custom tab appears to load the page before switching to the floating bubble that irritates me. And I wish that Chromer won't take over pages that are have default apps for them already installed.
Promising browser following this bubble trend. But I'm not sure about this methodology usefulness... How to separate web heads from the stack like in the picture? If a head is not closed it joins the only stack visible. How to have multiple stacks(bubbles)? Also my bubbles are positioned only to right or left sides of screen; how to move them freely? Can it open multiple urls at once? How to access Chrome bookmarks from inside Chromer?
Needs work Very buggy in my experience. Pages still have to load after supposedly doing so in the background, web heads are glitchy and unintuitive. I'll be sticking with Flynx.
Give This Developer The Praise He Deserves When a developer outdoes a giant corporation, you know he's something special. This app, especially when used with Brave as he noted in G+ Chromer community, makes an unbelievable combination. This is outstanding and simplistic.
Dissapointing update 1. The link bubbles' behaviour was better when every link opened in its own bubble. It was more practical too because you could put them in a specific order based on the importance of each of them. 2. When I click on a link from "Google App", the page opens in fullscreen for a brief second, then the bubble is loaded. That's too ugly and an erratic behaviour. I'm going back to v. 1.6_B3.1-22. Why change something that's already working perfectly ?
1.6 is a major release which brings in many requested features like web head favicons, better animations, full background loading when using web heads and a completely redesigned settings page.
