Service has degraded a lot lately. Even after instant NPSB payments, record updates take too long. Customer care and business teams are unresponsive and show no urgency. Very unprofessional and not customer-focused. Not the kind of service we expect from them

Service has degraded a lot lately. Customer service is not professional.

Their payment is always on time. But recently I faced one big issue at their promotional offer. Even meeting all conditions I hv not get their poromotional offer and when they called me that time they also agreed this mistake is from their side. Most interestingly even they agreed on their mistake but they didn't do any corrective action.
