Whilst this is an excellent investment platform. Your non stop push notifications are and can only be described as harrasment and for this reason I am uninstalling, Ive had about 10 notification in the last 24 hours and only god knows how many for the whole week that I have dismissed👎

Exceptionally professional and reliable. Has been investing for over a year and receiving excellent service and feedback. However, will appreciate if the annual rate is increased by at least 2-3% considering the current inflation state of the country. Overall, their app is user-friendly and support team is cooperative . Hope they continue their professionalism and protect investors' confidence.

Service has degraded a lot lately. Even after instant NPSB payments, record updates take too long. Customer care and business teams are unresponsive and show no urgency. Very unprofessional and not customer-focused. Not the kind of service we expect from them
