Gives English option bus doesn't change the language for settings. They only changed some words in the home page but settings and the rest stays Thai. I hope they can fix it, it's tiring doing translate all the time

The app must have a QR code scan as an option. Not everyone has true wallet or has got space on their phone for the app. The rider said to do a promtpay scan is againstthe company rules yet other riders were able to do a bank transfer scan. The app limits you with paying options and some staff are quite rude.
