Once a configuration is used it goes away ... from Widget screen! So if you want a 5x1, and decide you don't like the color or want to change a function button, you literally have to uninstall, download and reinstall. You can use another configuration, like 3x1, but once you use it, it's gone until you go thru this routine. Inanely poor design. And it's been this way for some time with no fix.
Great widget, til lollipop I have loved using this widget for years. I have recently updated to 5.0.2 on my Verizon LG G2, and the sound profiles no longer work correctly. It only toggles between priority mode and vibrate. If the dev could fix this, I will gladly go back to 5 stars.
No 1x1 any more I only use the 1x1...but they took it away so it's useless to me. If they bring it back, it would get 5 stars!
Vanishing Widgets (possible solution) To avoid the problem of vanishing widgets as described in several reviews; try this... Before removing a widget from your desktop, add your new choice to your desktop (this temporarily gives you two widgets on desktop); then make any changes to the new widget that you want to. Once satisfied with the new widget, remove the previous widget and move your new widget to where the old one was. If you now check your widget store, all Power Lite widget templates should still be available.
Feature request Add separate buttons for all 3 gps/location settings: device only, high accuracy, battery saving. Google has made it SUCH a pain to switch between them.
Vanishing Widgets I've also experienced the problem with disappearing Widgets. It seems that if you delete the widget, it proceeds to remove that widget option from the phone entirely! Uninstalling & reinstalling will fix it. Other than that this is an excellent widget. I would like to see an option for a mobile data toggle & an aeroplane mode toggle added if possible.
