Works as advertised, but takes awhile for the status to update. (e.g. after you turn NFC off, it'll still show as "on" from the widget for a minute or so). On the other hand, I could hazard a guess that it's done this way to conserve battery, so tradeoffs...
Excellent widget! Why are so many complaining? It immediately shows me if the NFC hardware is enabled or disabled and because it takes you to a specific page to turn it on and off, it can't be accidentally turned on or off. I quite happy write that the widget operates perfectly and does not really need to be changed.
Great app One suggestion if possible, write the code in such a way as to allow for an auto mode maybe NFC could be toggled off when at night for security reasons, anyone wants to grab an NFC ring they know you have and swipe to get in. Thanks keep up the great work
Its ok When you tap the widget takes you to the settings page where is the NFC setting is. Not as good as if it was an actual toggle but it's better than nothing. it is quicker than having to manually go into the settings. It's nice that it tells you if NFC is turned on or off as well.
Does what it says NFC is not permitted to be directly toggled on/off in the recent Android update. This widget takes you directly to the setting screen that allows you to toggle NFC on or off. This is exactly what the developer states it will do and that is what it does. 5 Stars!
Not what it says I'm so confused! Says there's a widget to turn NFC on/off, but it's no where to be found. At least not for my device running on lollipop.
With Samsung Mobile Print, you can directly print to Samsung Printers.
