It's a joke that I ordered a taxi on reservation 2 days in advance and 3 minutes before pick up time the driver cancels the ride!!!! Then you call support center and they said hold on they are checking then leave you on hold for 12 minutes..Absolute waste of time and a useless service!

surprisingly simple and detailed app. Was traveling with extra luggage and two cats plus extra needs. The taxi driver was patient and extra helpful.

Bad! Fix fee to airport was advertised all over Vienna and on website, yet driver still ripped off my wife, the explanation was that we did not book on the specific area of their site to book ride, no where does it say that you have to do that to get flat rate, and besides I did go to book there and it sends you to book a taxi. Yet they refuse to refund what they ripped off. This is a very dishonest operation. We chose them because of the flat rate to airport and they ripped us off with a more
