With "DORIS" Now you can make free use of all those maps of the state of Upper Austria on their tablet or smartphone, you might already know from www.doris.at.

You are doing a wealth of maps on the topics of agriculture and forestry, regional planning, environmental and nature conservation, transport, water, art and culture, child care, etc. are available. This can be combined with different background maps as highly accurate orthophotos, area maps, and even historical maps. Of course, you can also query further information about the individual topics.

They have furthermore the possibility for addresses, places, rivers, mountains, etc. to be found in Upper Austria and measure distances and areas in the maps. Or use the exact amount of data from DORIS for height measurement of points.

New since November 2017 is to embed the digital cadastral map - short DKM - in Upper Austria. Thus property lines can be displayed for the first time at the mobile terminal in an app.
