Review after a few days. The sign up process is problematic and tends to make you give up. But once that's through and if you manage to activate the sim successfully, then it is a smooth use as such. However don't expect customer service. They say live chat, but close the chats automatically. If you end up with the bot, then god help you, as it doesn't understand anything. Contacting Drei through the form is also useless as they don't respond to you for weeks.

There are only 3 options for registration (1) photo ID (2) Austrian ID (3) Austrian Bank. If you are a foreigner, you can only do (1) but it doesn't work if your ID does not clearly write FIRST NAME and LAST NAME. As a foreigner I do not have a last name in my ID so it keeps getting rejected. The customer service tells me to do an e-signature which is not an option shown and their response is "i cannot see your phone, the app is the same for everyone". Very dismissive, avoid as a foreigner.

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. In Austria, there is a legal obligation to register simcards. Therefore, identification is necessary in order to take out get up³. Can't reset passwords. It says instructions to reset have been sent but actually they were never sent. I tried 7 times and also checked the spam folder. @Drei suggested to contact them through the App. It is impossible to to login so how should I be able to contact you through the app. Please think before writing. Very poor service, cannot recommend as you can also not call them. There is literally no phone number to call Up3 and the regular Drei Staff can't help either as they are two companies
