this app is SO glitchy. I did a free trial and it was fine. now I've paid for a subscription and I cant play any of the songs. I cant keep the bit because the song glitches or the moving bar helping you play glitches. im so disappointed that I paid, I should have stopped after free trial. it was going so well before the glitches and I was learning lots.

Well here's what's been happening for the last few weeks😕the platform seems to be good for the intended purpose. My dilemma wasn't such, it still is CUSTOMER SERVICE. My account somehow(?) wasn't there after about a week of not been used due to LIFE HAPPENS. Well I did try recovery following the instructions received thru email but it didn't work days down the road I was completely cut off my already PAID account. Account is gone, I send proof of payment but nothing. Save yourself the headache

The demo version gives you one level of beginner lessons. Paid for the full version of tonestro cello only to discover there is only level one of learning. extremely basic introduction to cello (unlike the violin version) was advised months ago the level 2 release was imminent. still no sign. very disappointed. Save your time and money and avoid.
