TimeInvoicer is built for sole traders, freelancers, consultants, coaches and trainers, as well as therapists, psychologists, counsellors and other appointment-based practices. No PC required. Your Google Calendar, Samsung Calendar or system calendar becomes the basis for billing, PDF invoices, session documentation and practice documents.

TimeInvoicer is local-first. Your practice data stays on your device, with no cloud requirement and no account needed for the core workflow. Session notes are stored separately and encrypted on the device.
