I just opened the app and all my history and available credit is gone, no fast way of getting it back, no notice, nothing! This is already a legal problem not just malfunction of an app.

What happened to the "Win2Day" app, which I have used for well over a dozen years to play Austrian lotto ONLINE from anywhere around the globe? The phone I had used got lost and so has the app and thus my account.

This app is not clear enough. it is a bit confusing. It should also have other languages.
