With the Gleisdorf service app, your questions can be answered quickly and easily!

The Gleisdorf app offers personal waste appointments and the possibility of a "damage report", information on emergency numbers, doctors, pharmacies, news and the daily lunch menu of the local gastronomy. Features such as Booking event tickets online with just a few clicks and adding them to your own calendar make the Gleisdorf app a useful partner for when you're on the go.
Report defects via smartphone. With the Gleisdorf app, you can send any requests and complaints directly to the city administration with a photo. Defects in public spaces can be reported easily at any time. Road damage such as sidewalks, structural obstructions, street lighting or other concerns - everything that annoys you, is broken or is missing in public areas - is communicated to the responsible authorities in the city in just a few steps. An example: You discover defective street lighting in Bürgergasse - take a photo, upload it to the app under "Damage reports" and your request will be forwarded. The responsible contact person will contact you via the message function of the app in order to process your request as quickly as possible.
Personal waste calendar. Never miss a garbage collection again! In just a few steps you can register with your place of residence and see when waste paper, residual waste, light fraction and organic waste are picked up on your street. Note on the "waste calendar" function: the Gleisdorf app can remind you of upcoming emptying dates and show you a notification at the desired time. For this feature to work reliably, you must allow notifications and your smartphone must be switched on at the time of the reminder. In addition, there are unfortunately increased problems due to various energy-saving options. The manufacturers have different functions under names such as "battery optimization" or "app optimization" which unfortunately interfere with the execution of the app, which is why the alarms can then not be displayed. We will show you whether your mobile phone model is affected or how you can exclude the Gleisdorf app from the various settings in the "Help" area of the app and at https://app.gleisdorf.at/v2/hilfe/. If your model does not appear in the list yet but you have problems with the memories, please contact our support at app@gleisdorf.at and we will find a solution together and add it to the list.

Edit 2021 12 06: Länger ausprobiert, Kalender macht nun was er soll. Feine Sache. Original Post: Die Terminerinnerung beim Abfall ist bei jedem Einloggen neu einzustellen. Und ich bleibe nur wenige Tage eingeloggt, zumindest nie bis zum nächsten Abfalltermin. Das ist lästig und führt den Kalender ad absurdum. Nachtrag: neues Handy, aktuelleres Android, dasselbe Problem. Damit ist das Ding für mich unbrauchbar. Leider.
