About this app

With the ÖVKG app, you always have an overview of the status of your ÖVKG orders and increase the security of your user account:

- TAN generator for enhanced security
- Important ÖVKG notifications as push notifications
- Photo generator

To set up the app, you need a user account at https://oevkg.at and an invitation to use the app's functionality:

1. On the "My ÖVKG" page at https://oevkg.at, click on "Activate two-factor authentication."

2. Install the ÖVKG app and enter the linking code on the home screen.

This feature will soon be available to all users without prior invitation.

After setup, a code will also appear in the app each time you log in to the website. Enter this code on the website for verification. This proves ownership of the linked app and makes it more difficult for attackers to gain access to your user account.
