Seriously, I'm not impressed at all, unable to get an issue that I have resolved because they do not actually have a customer support service available, which really sucks. I purchased a paysafecard from my local store, went on line to register myself, ended up having issue trying to make a deposit long story short, I closed the account, a few days later because I had closed my account I ended up having to open another account but, when I went to use my paysafecard it wont allow it.

Edit: still no response on my mails. Did what was needed to unblock card. Still can't use it. Sorry, you lose stars for this Great app, fast payments Terrible support: no answer on mails Still no solution, can't use the money on it Everything is fine till there is a problem... Edit: I did contact support as suggested and also mailed after I received no response This is not first time Support should react faster if money involved....

I don't even let me activate my account. I did the identification verification but now they're asking me to upload proof of buying a card. But they don't tell me where to upload this. Worst experience. Whatever you say, if there is need for me to go to your support page and search and scrape the bottom of the barrel to find where I can write to your team, just so I can activate my account.. you have failed
