Address upload
You don't always have to enter addresses one by one. The address upload function allows you to upload an entire contact list as a CSV or Ecxel file. The recipient data will be adopted automatically. If there are any inconsistencies, the program will point out possible errors. This makes large broadcasts child's play. This additional function is only possible via the desktop version.

Automatic salutation
If you want, the Post KartenStudio will take care of the salutation for you. For this purpose, the entered addresses are automatically accessed and the salutation is formulated independently. There are various salutation options available, these range from informal to very formal.

To make it easier to design and send large orders, an address file can be uploaded via the desktop version of the Post KartenStudio and the salutation can be automated. The dispatch takes place on the requested date.

Ratings and reviews

The app is slow, I can't choose pictures from Google photos so I first have to copy them to Google drive and then download them. It should be possible to add pictures for the text and signature in the back. Over all frustrating to use. Received a push notification about a voucher today, tried to use it about 2mins later, then the app tells me that the voucher is not valid. Frustrating!! Anyways, feedback should be different when a voucher code is not valid or when it has expired.

I spent 1h designing the card, only to find out in the end that the "free" voucher wasn't valid. Two days later, I made slight changes to the card and wanted to go ahead to order, but the app didn't react when I clicked "Cart." So I couldn't order. What's also annoying is the space limit of the fields when filling out the address. E.g., only 2 digits for room number?! There are long addresses that I can't fit into the fields despite abbreviations. Suggestion: syncing between app & Webversion.

The older app (Postkarte) was way more better and reliable. This new one UI is something which appears in any UI designers' dream as an bad example. Futhermore the new app likes to inform you after order and payment that they have some technical mistakes and they can not deliver the order any more. It's a huge disappontment and revels how wrong was the whole system designed since it causes inconvonience and deficit for both sides: the Post and the Customer, too.
