Ratings and reviews

I expect an App to read the QR Code of physical tickets and save it in digital form. I believe, for an IT Team it shouldn't be a problem to integrate a QR Ticket reader. Because of this reason I give 3 stars. + when we choose a path to take, it can show the real time gps information of that vehicle on the map. It would be much more accurate than counting down the minutes, cause in Graz sometimes these times have tolerances (-/+).

Login error should say if email confirmation has not been completed. [Update]: Thanks for the reply but I don't need support, I report a user interaction problem. Additionally, the confirmation email is sent in plain text, without TLS encryption. Given that payment methods are far too limited, I find it outrageous that the app is the only option to buy tickets on-the-fly for buses (especially with the current amount of rail replacement transport). Account deletion is not possible in the app.

Very suspicious. Two days after installing, I start receiving scam robot calls from Austrian numbers... not sure that the personal data is very well protected through this app...
