About this app

VEREINSBUDDY is the club management and accounting app from Austria: members, dues, and accounting all in one app. From the first member to the annual financial statement – ​​everything in one place, and the app even suggests most things for you.

MEMBERSHIP
Upload your member list as a CSV or XLSX file; the columns will be suggested. Then you'll have your list with search, filters, and a profile for each member. Categories, custom fields, birthdays, and anniversaries are all included.

DUTY FEES
Create the fee type once, then assign it per member, per category, or to all members at once. You'll always have an overview of outstanding payments, payment reminders are sent automatically, and an invoice is generated automatically for every payment.

BANKING
Connect your bank account via secure PSD2 connection. For every incoming payment, you'll receive an AI suggestion – membership fee from Maria Huber, invoice RE-0042, donation from the club festival. Confirm with a tap, and the transaction is complete.

RECEIPTS
Photograph receipts or upload PDFs. The AI ​​takes care of the rest: merchant, date, amount, and VAT are automatically extracted and pre-filled in the form, and the category is suggested. Review, confirm, and you're done.

INVOICES
Select the recipient, enter the items, and save. VEREINSBUDDY sets the invoice number, generates the PDF with a QR code, and sends it via email.

DONATIONS
Donation receipts at the touch of a button, including export for your FinanzOnline report.

ACCOUNTING
Income and expense statements, annual financial statements, and VAT reports are always readily available, ready for auditing.

All data is stored on EU servers in compliance with GDPR. Your club is up and running in half an hour.
