It is very problematic with the tickets. I bought my new Jahreskarte a week ago and still nothing appears on the app, plus all previous payments (i.e. history) have disappeared. To make things worse, Wiener Linien hasn't even sent me the physical card... I have sent them 3 emails and no reply yet. [EDIT] After ~ 2 weeks it finally works. Still, not satisfied with responsiveness and communication.

Would be nice if the app didn't log you out of your account and you just remained logged in indefinitely, like in other apps. It's annoying to have to log back in when your ticket is being checked, even more so if you happen to have forgotten your password and then need to reset it. The route finding could also be improved; on occasion it doesn't give you an accurate route, as if the pathfinding algorithm that's being used in the background has an improper weighting function.

Poor app. Tried to buy a ticket. After I successfully completed the master card ID check, the ticket purchase never completed. The wheel kept turning and nothing happened. After the third attempt with a different card I just gave up... Edit: One Ticket eventually arrived 15 min after purchase. By that time I had already bought one from the machine at the station.
