Massive hassle trying to make an account. My brother was completely unable to continue past verification. Once I made an account when it tried asking for my address, using auto fill it somehow altered my salutation to my address?? So I had to manually enter it. Then, of course, I wasn't able to actually pay. I've seen that payment problem in a few other reviews so I know I'm not alone.

Useful but could be more helpful! I appreciate being able to keep my passes here (especially when I have to show it to the fare check people) BUT I do wish I could understand everything it tells me. I live in Wien but I don't speak or read German. When something happens (like a tram or train delay) I can look in the app and see that the information is in there but it's also in German and I can't even select the text to put in a translator. Either add language support or let me copy text.

“The payment was declined by the payment processor. Please try again shortly. (Code: 141)” This error is a lie. My bank did not even receive an attempted charge. There are also too many hoops to jump through to get to the payment failure message in the new ticket shop. In the old ticket shop, I could make payments just fine. Do you want Schwarzfahrer? Because this is how you get Schwarzfahrer.
