Does not save the route you searched and forces you to search again. Blocks the access to your tickets until you update right here and now, which is bad for those with limited data available. Loggs you out inconveniently. Also now relies on Google maps instead of a more detailed local map. Really upset with development lately.

Hello Tritan Todin, a history of your last searched routes is displayed under the Route menu item. Some updates must be made immediately as they have important changes or improvements for use. This will also require you to log out of the app. Regarding the map: You can choose from three different map models in the settings.

Useful but could be more helpful! I appreciate being able to keep my passes here (especially when I have to show it to the fare check people) BUT I do wish I could understand everything it tells me. I live in Wien but I don't speak or read German. When something happens (like a tram or train delay) I can look in the app and see that the information is in there but it's also in German and I can't even select the text to put in a translator. Either add language support or let me copy text.

Hello Margaret Cervera, thanks for your review and feedback. At the moment the service disruptions are only available in german. However we will continue to work on making this information available in other languages.

“The payment was declined by the payment processor. Please try again shortly. (Code: 141)” This error is a lie. My bank did not even receive an attempted charge. There are also too many hoops to jump through to get to the payment failure message in the new ticket shop. In the old ticket shop, I could make payments just fine. Do you want Schwarzfahrer? Because this is how you get Schwarzfahrer.
