I personally really like the idea of ensuring my money is used to enhance the outlook on our future. Overall, this particular app is easy to use and functions in a parallel fashion to other banking apps I have used. In addition, with any issues or questions we have had, the ATMOS Team has been quick to respond! My spouse and I are also very much looking forward to having a joint account, which appears to be rare with financial institutions in this category.

Since the new update, the app keeps getting stuck on blank screen with logo. Also still says to ship card when I have already activated it. Uploaded security info, but most functions are still unavailable and no instructions on what to do next.

I love what y'all are doing! I have used Atmos for a while now, the app is easy to use, pretty, and decently feature rich. The customer service has been pretty good as well, I usually get responses within a business day or so. I was apprehensive about going with an online-only bank, but I haven't had any issues, especially since I have free access to a lot of ATMs when I need to withdraw cash. I hope Atmos does well.
