This app was my first start in investing. It started off great then all of a sudden I could no longer deposit money to invest. It always gets stuck on processing. The biggest problem is the lack of communication. I have messaged support several times and got radio silence. It wasn't a small amount I was trying to transfer and it was stuck for days. I will likely look for another app as it seems if something goes wrong there is zero support or communication.

Impossible to open a ticket. You get stuck in a loop. Open ticket, compose go back to open ticket. So frustrating. It's a week I'm waiting for a change in my account, but still nothing has happened. And it is impossible understand why, since it is impossible to do a simple request. Better knowing now, before starting trading with this platform.

I could not log in and there doesn't seem to be a widespread outage when I checked the status page. Kept saying "connection lost" when I have full WiFi and mobile internet connection. I can log in to the Online Portal but the interface is bad. There is nowhere to log the problem and no one picks up the phone when I called. Worse, I clicked on "Contact Us" it appears to have logged me in but my application appears to be rejected. Now I cannot withdraw my funds. Still waiting for a callback.
