Great app when it works. Numerous times over the last year, I've gone to submit a claim and half way through it says an error occurred and to try again. This error causes it to delete my claim progress and I have to start again. This happened the other day and now the aami won't unlock. It says try again later but it still won't work after trying for a few days. I'm reinstalling the app to see if this works, but the app isn't reliable.

Can't get past first base on this app. I'm trying to add a policy - I have the ref number - but the app doesn't allow me to add my current mobile number, so it keeps sending the verification code to an old number I recognise as eight years old. The AAMI website does ask for a current number, but then ignores it! Impossible to update my details.

Overall okay app, but a major flow that makes the rest of the good moot. This app seems to forget the 4 digit pin as soon as the next second it is set up. Incorrect pin over and over again. Seriously AAMI? Is this how you delight your customers?
