About this app

The ALDImobile app is the smarter way to manage your prepaid account on the go!

The following features are available:
o Check your account balance, view your credit expiry date and see how much data you have remaining.
o Recharge instantly with a recharge card voucher purchased from ALDI, or with your nominated credit card.
o View and update your personal information such as home address or email. Update your credit card information or choose to auto recharge.

You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au

The ALDImobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.

Ratings and reviews

Great! No issues at all. Does exactly what it says it does. Don't trust all the bot comments saying it's a bad app; it isn't. You want to see a bad app go check out Vodafone's monstrosity. And, if you're wondering, Aldi's coverage is as good as the bigger telcos (and mostly better) but way cheaper with realistic plans without more charging you a fortune for data you will never use. Best of all, data carries over month to month.

The latest version of the app is unable to be opened on android phone, even after deleted and reinstalled multiple times as advised by customer support. Doesn't seem like they are trying to fix it either. I had to go search for the apk file of the previous version so I can use the app again.

Since the last update in September 2023, the app wont open (crashes). Dont know what the issue is. Only way to check balance, recharge or anything else is to visit the Aldi Mobile website. I see several others have commented on the same issue. Have uninstalled & re-installed, checked permissions etc - STILL NOT WORKING. Emailed the address given - info@ and it is rejected. So no help with the app that keeps crashing.
