I have a dual-sim phone. I have a dual-sim phone with a work no. on Aldi and my home no. was on another network and used its app to check, etc. It got too expensive with my old home phone no. network so I ported it to Aldi but Aldi's app only works with 1 sim. I can't swap numbers thru the app in settings or add an extra. This needs to be fixed and I'd add another 2 stars when done.

Simple and practical I like simplicity, basic info at a glance, ease of recharge. 4 stars because you don't get notified until the day AFTER your data plan runs out and you are charged exorbitantly. I set my calendar to notify me to avoid this. A text message ON the day your 30 days expire would be more ethical and to meet customer's needs, but that would be counter money making. Still the best value mobile provider for me.
Simple to use Works for me I'm happy with price of calls and data. Only have one issue, that being hard to talk to a real person if any problems.
"Useful for balance!" Could have more like email directly, received direct answers as well as basic costumer number to call for assistance. Coz I'm looking up aldi mobile number (technical support)on the net but I'm sign in on a Aldi mobile app with no contact #to be found anywhere??!
