Quite difficult to manage my account. Often has errors and bugs, many of which require clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, or getting customer service to fix. Recently my account was credited with $25, but when I went to buy a 28 day subscription, I found there was only $24.88... Not a lot of money, but not 5-star quality

I bought a SIM online and got it in the mail because amaysim has international roaming with pre paid accounts. (Telstra quit having that over COVID) . I had a last minute US trip come up before I'd made the switch, so I did it and hoped it would work before I got in the plane. process was easy because I had an account from ordering online and switching my number over to about 10 minutes. Their website had really clear directions and it was smooth as. So grateful!

used to work fine. now every time I try to log in it says close app or app info, if I click on where I put my number and password in it goes away for a second and comes back. I recently had to change my password, before I had straight log in, now I can't even log in, impossible. very annoying. I'm deleting and reinstalling. if not I'll use browser but thinking about going somewhere else. I used to get better deals than were shown, been 12 years with you, now I get nothing. got 4 numbers on my a
