About this app

The My AMP app lets you manage your AMP banking, super, insurance, and investments anywhere, anytime:

- connect your other financial providers and view all your accounts in one place
- set up a budget to monitor your income and spending including favourite categories
- view bank and wealth statements and correspondence
- retrieve login details
- set up banking and superannuation alerts.
- log in securely via PIN or fingerprint ID.

Depending on the AMP products you hold, you may also be able to:
- set up BPAY® billers, payees and transfer money
- manage all your cards in one place
- monitor progress of your savings goals
- track your investment performance
- search for your other super accounts using the ‘Search for lost super’ feature
- check your insurance inside super
- update and manage your superannuation beneficiaries
- access products and offers to apply for a saver, access or a term deposit account
- submit a prequalify form for a home loan
- submit a general enquiry, chat with us and track requests you’ve made with us

Your personal information will be used for purposes such as delivery of the above in-app features and services, authenticating your access to the app, letting you know about products and services that may be of interest to you and helping us to understand usage of and make improvements to our app. For these purposes, your personal information may be shared with other entities in the AMP Group and with our relevant third-party service providers. No bugs for me so far... but it is certainly not a nice app to use. Dont like the net balance being displayed so obviously on home page. Listed transactions need to distinguish more clearly between debits, credits, pending transactions etc. Be better to have a balance at each transaction like other apps do too..

Terrible. Have to enter my passcode multiple times to log in as the first few attempts result in an error message. Then if I'm lucky enough to log in (I often can't, and have to use a computer like it's 2010), trying to view account details often results in another error message. Performance of the app is terrible and always has been - why isn't it being addressed?

Hardly works, when it does it is slow and glitchy. Disappointed new customer, can never see what's going on with my money and have poor to no access to manage it. I will most likely close this account because of the app.
