Please make it easier to find the balance due for a credit card and when it needs to be paid by. I struggle every single month to find this. Overall the app is highly unintuitive. For example, I search for "when is my credit card payment due" and nothing useful is returned. This app is so bad I'm getting ready to move to another bank.

To view the balance of what is due on your credit card, select ‘Money’, select your credit card, select ‘settings icon’ in the top left and scroll down to statement details. Excellent, except the ease of importing transactions into less well-known accounting apps like Gnucash. There either needs to be an easier automated way of accessing your transactions,... OR add some of the functions, categorization into personal account trees, to the app. Making it more like a basic personal finance app. Or offer developers an api for easier access .... we can always dream:)

17/02/26 - Name fixed 🙄 16/02/26 - Mentioned irrelevant details and misspelled my name 👌 I get the notifications, and the email. 11/02/26 - Discovered a regression that scheduled payments in 'payment history' no longer shows if it failed when viewing its summary. You have to confirm it yourself by finding a missing payment. Submitted a complaint and received a phone call. There has been no follow up or reason to believe it will ever be fixed. It used to be easy to see which transaction failed.

Hi Michael, you can update notifications by selecting the bell in top right > selecting setting icon in top right > toggle scheduled payment notification to get alerts in the are insufficient funds for scheduled payment. Please also check your email is up to date as you will receive email advising you to log in if payment is missed. -Brett
