Nothing works I can't recharge, set up auto recharge, check my history, or check my plan details. Simply nothing that actually matters works, apart from the buttons that send me to an external website. Also, the fact that I need to switch my wi-fi off to access that info seems a bit unnecessary. I really like the new look, but it doesn't help if it just doesn't work. It is past the time Boost invests properly in an app that is efficient and easy to use. Any other (and cheaper) MVNO has it, why wouldn't Boost?
Latest update is terrible Now this app is useless. The history is useless data presented badly. The balance section always sitting in the middle of the screen is intrusive. I had told people how good the app was in the past but now there's no use to it.
Stopped working After update I can't check to see how much data I have used. The buttons are greyed out and other buttons I can use just keeps saying I have to turn off wifi to use. Which I did but still get the message to turn it off.
Lidsay Mason My partner who never updated the app recharged without any problems. But, I updated and recharging is a nightmare. Do something or will find somebody else
Beware! this new layout. Cannot "refresh" the data count within v5.0.3 of this. Even a normal shutdown and restart of the App does not auto-refresh. App needs to be "killed" (from device memory) and then restarted to update customers Balance info. How neanderthal!
Doesn't work The updated app simply refuses to show any balance information. The one time I was able to get it to do anything, the fields for credit card information were obscured when trying to recharge. Useless!
