8/6/17-why cant I recharge through the app. 14/5/2017-the app is slow and doesn't show what data is left 10/5/17-cant recharge plan when on wifi, but if you run out on plan you can't recharge 😂 just stupid! 16/4/17-expiry date & time never shows in the w/end data section. However, it says what data there is left. Then '##.##MB Expires' for example with a capital 'E' after numbers. Ridiculous. It should read in a way that is made for the country it is viewed in. For example, in Australia it should be: 'Data: ##.##MB, expires on ##/##/####'. Or '##.##MB expires ##/##/####' for simplistic reading. 8/2/16-you need an update/refresh option on the data use window, rather than going to another place in the app and back or closing the app. It's rubbish that you have to be off wifi to check what you've used and other details. Boost as a provider struggles to get 4G in buildings, a heads up for anyone thinking of going to them.
More a recharge service as it offers only very basic access to a person's account and information. Ability to view/change personal info and access more indepth history (functions) would push this app to a 3 or 3.5
The new version does not work 9 out of 10 times when clicking on "View Balance". Very very annoying.
Worked fine until this last month. Was using it to charge my sons phone and now it doesnt give me the option to select a number. Useless!
Can no longer use paypal through the app, meaning it's useless to me. Don't understand why yoy would take away such a important feature.
It used to work fine but in the last couple of months I open the app and can never get the balance status to display. Have to reinstall app to get this function to work
