Okay listen, the app will work 85-90% of the time, but it's that 15-10% that will have you pulling your hair out. Often you can't share data properly between the network or it will just wipe that data clean, imagine doing an hour of work and having it wiped clean when you hit save! Or my personal favourite when the app will clock you off as if you had never came to a shift 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE SHIFT. You will need multiple other apps to fill shortfall and keep data stored properly.

The app does not work on my phone at all. Correct software update & model, plenty of space on my phone. I use the website to log in. The new update with the dates across the top is terrible. So annoying to see future shifts. Only able to see the next week's then have to scroll back to the top to see the next week's. Can't you just revert to how it was previously, or better yet, a calendar view to see the whole month?

Seems to have constant glitches, can't clock in, can't clock out, can't change or add case notes. Using the availability is painfully slow, and why can't you just edit a time for either available or not available? It just deletes and you have to start again. If you go back to the dates it doesn't always save all the changes either. Wouldn't use brevity if it wasn't a requirement for my job.
