Service is terrible. Hired a car, car was faulty. Called for a rebooking, they cancelled a different one of my trips instead. Uber said they would rebook it, they didn't. Instead, they also charged me for the cancelled trip and haven't responded. On top of that, I hired a car, it was filthy and now they're charging me for returning it with a mess, even though the photos clearly show the car was dirty on arrival. They really need to sort out the support staff here, it's awful. App is also slow.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Both times we used it the lockbox on the car refused to open upon return. You have to deal with Uber support on the phone in the winter cold who ask you the same series of questions as the app and ultimately can't do anything about it. They offer nothing for your trouble. Will never use again now that free promos have been used.

The app seems to have an issue with uploading photos, specifically with the selection process. After a random number of selected items the screen jumped to a mid point in my gallery. Super annoying. Then on upload it frequently would produce an error. Had to make several attempts before a successful upload. Samsung Galaxy S7.
