Ratings and reviews

Duck off with your ads and the constant barrage of prompts for a review. If I like your product, I will provide an organic review. Constant bombardment for my opinion only results in a negative experience for all involved. A 10 year old could come to that conclusion. I'm sure there is an entire marketing department dedicated to justifying its own existence with this stuff. Perhaps a redirection of that energy into bettering the app would be a better course of action.

Terrible! Instant offer is broken, the phone calls don't work. They never respond to support requests and they are soooo expensive. I got an instant offer and wanted to counter offer and the link is broken and there is no way to contact the person offering. I had phone calls fail because they try to keep everything on the app and it just doesn't work. Worse still... having bought the most expensive package and listed a brilliant car well under their suggested price I have had only one enquiry!

Tried to sell my car on this app, but the messaging function with sellers doesn't work - I had no way of reading messages from sellers or replying to them. Clicking on the chats just takes you to a black screen. I tried restarting app, restarting phone, and reinstalling app.
