The Mydelman™ system helps businesses make deliveries more efficiently and accurately.
The Mydelman system is designed for use by any business making deliveries, including Senders, Couriers and Delivery Agents.
The Mydelman Android app is used by delivery drivers to accurately create a delivery list of consignments and articles for delivery by scanning a barcode on the articles. Any articles missing from a consignment are immediately identified so the driver knows when they are making a short delivery.
When loading is complete the Mydelman app creates a sorted delivery list for the driver, complete with a map of all the delivery addresses so the driver can determine their best delivery route.
Delivery is made by scanning a barcode on the articles to ensure that the consignment is fully delivered. Proof of delivery is obtained by getting the receiver to "Sign on Glass", by taking photos of the delivery, and by recording the latitude and longitude where the delivery was completed. Partial delivery and "Carded Delivery", where the delivery could not be completed, are also possible with the Mydelman app.
The driver completes their delivery by scanning the barcodes of any articles returned to the depot, ensuring end-to-end tracking of every article on the consignments.
If the driver has an internet connection during their delivery run, all their delivery activities are updated to the Mydelman Cloud Server immediately, so the status of consignments, and proof of delivery is always up to date and available from the server. There is no need to wait for days, or weeks for proof of delivery when the Mydelman system is used.
The Mydelman Android App can use any modern Android phone. Barcode scanning is possible using the mobile phone camera, a blue-tooth barcode scanner, or an inbuilt dedicated barcode scanner, if available.
