Not a good update. Now that we have to log in with a My Cricket ID I have tried to create one on the app. Doesn't matter what email address I try to use if keeps saying it's invalid. I've even tried logging in with my son's MyCricket ID that he has had for many years and that isn't working either. So now when I open the app I hit Skip. I then hit Comps at the bottom and every time I have to search for my club. It does not save the club. Very annoying I have to search EVERY single time.

If you contact PlayCricket support playcricketsupport@cricket.com.au or 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38) we shall be able to assist and get you logged in. Once you are logged in you can favourite your teams and will not need to search every time, sorry for the frustration so far.

only one thing that is not working on my Samsung. when looking at the scorecard at the bottom, it tells you the wickets and the digital of the score and does not show the overs bowled. I get the the score from the top of the screen and I then go into 'ball by ball' to see how many overs have been bowled. would be pretty much perfect for me if you can fix that. my phone is probably 2 years old and more so not sure if it's just this model. kind regards

Hi there, on some Samsung devices, if Display size / Font size or Screen zoom is set very large, elements may be pushed off-screen. Try this as s fix: Settings → Display → Font size and style → reduce font size slider Settings → Display → Screen zoom (or Display size) → reduce zoom slider Reopen the app and check the scorecard again.

Useless. I'm not sure whether it's just me, but since Nov last yr ('25) I could get in to check scores (on my phone) then 15 mins later, the app when I try to access again, the app won't work at all. It's very frustrating!!
