Not a good update. Now that we have to log in with a My Cricket ID I have tried to create one on the app. Doesn't matter what email address I try to use if keeps saying it's invalid. I've even tried logging in with my son's MyCricket ID that he has had for many years and that isn't working either. So now when I open the app I hit Skip. I then hit Comps at the bottom and every time I have to search for my club. It does not save the club. Very annoying I have to search EVERY single time.

If you contact PlayCricket support playcricketsupport@cricket.com.au or 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38) we shall be able to assist and get you logged in. Once you are logged in you can favourite your teams and will not need to search every time, sorry for the frustration so far.

Update was terrible. Home screen is blank. Adverts on the match info page obscure part of the team list. Dashboard settings menu in account doesn't do anything. Account weirdly abbreviated to AC. All very sloppy. Latest update 15/2/25: home screen fixed but now the mapping of grades and ability to see the grade don't work. My team is listed as being in 3 different grades so it won't bring up fixtures, standings etc. The bottom of team lists are still obscured by ads.

Hi Lyndon Walker, good to hear the dashboard is resolved. To look into the grades issue we shall need some extra detail, If you can send detail on which Competition & Grade we can go deeper to see what the issue may be. Please send through by submitting a support request in the app (within Account settings > Support).

Update 9.02 is terrible and keeps crashing. Also why do you need to sign up and get a play cricket login just to see cricket scores I don't like how it goes back to the start up screen every time you open the app. It would be good if it opened on the game you last were looking at. Also missing fall of wicket data.
