Logout after use Remember to logout after use otherwise the next time you open it will result in lots of error dialogs (app not responding). Keep closing these dialogs and eventually you'll get back to login screen. Other than this bug it generally works OK.
Extremely limited App I ended up overdrawing on my account because this app doesn't tell you what your actual vs available balance is. It also doesn't tell you when your in negative balance... Why make a mobile banking app if you cant even tell me what my balance is.
Limited functionality Cannot add reference tags to transactions, can't add new payees, and app crashes about every five initiations and goes into several loops of restore/crash. I found the best way out of this loop was just to kill the app and restart. This instability makes it feel less secure.
What happened For the past few months every time I try to use it goes into a loop of not responding, report, try again. Every time. So frustrating, please fix! Also would be great to be able to add a new payee so that it can be a bit more user friendly when you don't have computer access!
unstable and useless Unable to add new payee's makes it pretty redundant. Well that would be if cua hadnt blocked smart phone browsers from using the more comprehensive web version... Bigger issue is every time I open the app I wind up in a ten minute unbreakable loop of error reporting that locks up my phone until I finally submit multiple error reports and it finally loads the login screen. Not my idea of customer based banking.
Improved Perfect for me on the go. Log out no longer needs to be forced. Now if I could just access my Mastercard as well.....
