CUA’s mobile app allows you to do your banking anywhere, anytime – so you can spend more of your day enjoying the things you love.

With CUA Online Banking for Mobile, you can:
- choose to save your member number and only login with your Web Access Code (WAC)
- check your balances
- view your last six months of transactions
- pay bills and transfer money
- set up new payees or BPAY billers
- schedule recurring payments – daily, weekly, fortnightly and more
- change your WAC (once logged into your account)
- locate your nearest ATM or branch

Accessing CUA Online Banking for Mobile
If you’re already registered for CUA Online Banking, simply download our mobile app and you’re ready to go! The first time you login you will need your existing member number and WAC. You will then be able to save your member number securely on your mobile device so that the next time you login you will only need to enter your 6 digit WAC.

If you need to register for CUA Online Banking, please call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch.

CUA Online Banking for Mobile provides the same high-level protection as our Online Banking service. We recommend that you:
- keep your WAC and Member Number secret
- always log out once you’ve finished your banking
