Don't use this service. The service is a complete disappointment. I booked 2 separate trips for 3 people and had trouble with all. Customer service basically told me if I didn't screenshot each screen while booking for proof, they wouldn't help. One trip was for an 86 year old who paid a business class fare, and they refused to resolve the issue.

The app keeps crashing. It decides when wants to show your itinerary (usually never). This week another problem appears, a message pop up every time you are trying to search for holiday packages and no matter what you do ended up closing/crashing.

👎Help center doesn't cover the queries I had. I haven't received any confirmation of our flights as well as the ability to print e-ticket!!!! Help Centre not helpful. Calling my local shop was hopeless. A message every 21 seconds referring us to the online help line is extremely FRUSTRATING (especially when I've been there) then after quite some time with a message that staff are busy and if I was to leave my name and number they would return my call. The mail box was full🤨
