Employee said app wouldnt work to pay for the fuel after i already paid on the app so made me pay again. Two employees were super rude telling me to ring head office to get a refund for the money on app. I said i wouldnt leave till they would refund the $50 spent on the app. They then threw it on the counter after they had got it to work.
App is misleading and places an $80 limit on credit card top ups per week. So even though I have $15 credit available it won't let me top up to lock in one tank of fuel. Waste of time
Can't log on. I keep getting an error "golf" message. Now i get error "foxtrot" I have NEVER even been able to log in. What a waste of time and effort. And i contacted the email they keep giving 1wk ago and still no reply.
It is a good app and has saved hundreds so $ far. I find that it wont always work but this seems to be more so due to staff errors. This is a good priduct and i highly recommend it.
Would be better if the guy @ the counter listened that I don't want to use my credit to pay... And his reason was, oops it's too late now. See you next time.
Hmm not trying to tell you how to run a business but limiting how much a person can top up in a 24 hour period especially when most families have more than one car is a little strange. Oh well, where 7eleven missed out, shell down the road gained.
