Used to be satisfied earlier with their App. Unfortunately their recent update forces the user to re-login only through Chrome Browser on Android. This is a really bad product/Engineering decision as a user could have disabled Chrome on Android. I think they have to fix the bug and permit login using any available default browser on Android. Such a shame that an important aspect has been overlooked in testing on their Engineering side! Please fix it! It is inconveniencing users.

not a great app. I get emails asking for more information on pending claims but you can not actually put the data in anywhere.

When making a claim, there is no visibility of the claim once submitted, until it has been paid. there is also no receipt or notification that the claim has been submitted successfully. This is annoying when trying to Jeep track of multiple claims. A list of 'pending' or 'submitted' claims would be very helpful. I suspect it may reduce duplicate claims being made also.
