TIME LAGGING When compared to the online account, it seems to be behind in time.. I have found that when I have a incoming bill I have checked my app to see if it has come in on my separate account. It has stated that there wasn't any transaction. However an hour later I check and it has been processed, not only that I get notification that there wasn't any money and I have incurred a $20.00 late fee. I compared times as to when the transaction when through and it shows online that it was processed alot earlier from when the app showed, hence why I then incurred a late fee practically every time. Isn't accurate AT ALL!! Due to that I have been incurring $20.00 late fees.
Really appreciate the addition of the ability to lock cards temporarily if you've misplaced them. I've been caught out by this, with even the call centre refusing to do it once. I love this app now, does everything I want it to! I wish Heritage would support Android Pay though.
Works well, quick and easy. Limited history and no search function. Would be nice to transfer to new accounts on here too. I dont know why the 2 heritage apps are seperated? Other than that its good.
Wont let me login. Keeps saying your session has timed out. It used to work now nothing, cant pay rent, bills, or transfer money. Not happy
New update had now made it so I am unable to access any of my accounts. Have uninstalled then reinstalled. Have also turned phone off & used flight mode... Nothing... I need a solution cause it was great until now
App works well for the included functionality. It would be good to be able to access BPay View bills through the app as well, as I currently have to login to the website for that, which is a minor annoyance.
Card management features.
• Temporarily disable cards and re-enable cards when needed.
• Block specific types of transactions on cards (e.g. online payments, international).
• Cancel lost and stolen cards.
