This app is the absolute worst. If there's one thing a banking app should do, it's enable transfer of funds. Since they tried to implement NPP (fast payments), you cannot transfer funds. What's worse is the app gives you confirmation that you or payment has been submitted and then proceeds to NOT submit the payment. You only know because the account balance hasn't changed and the people you are trying to pay complain. There is more I would write but there aren't enough characters. 👎👎👎

This app very very basic. I m not happy that function to make screenshots been locked, while there is NO WAY to get receipts for transactions. Its always a trouble to prove to someone that transaction has been completed. Balances are unreliable. Pending transactions often are not included. Also bank processes direct debits incorrect: say today is 30 March. DD with pay day the 2 of April was processed. However, DD with pay day 29 of March was NOT!

Terrible banking app. Searching for specific transactions does not work at all, the app is slow and unresponsive. There is no PayID available. Does the absolute bare minimum. Been using for over 3 years and the app has seen zero improvement.
