felix has gotten alot better since iv complained a few times. I still have a problem with my phone lagging which is a bit annoying but for the price I can't complain to much.. my house is very lonely most times and with felix I can watch things to break up the loneliness and I don't have to worry about running out of data.. just wish it didn't lag at all, but it's a lot better than when I first hooked up. I think there been improvements made. donna

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Months of outages, dropped calls, and terrible coverage. Support kept giving excuses instead of solutions, including telling me poor service is “normal” because there are only 3 towers in my area. Reset settings, changed phones, wasted hours troubleshooting — nothing fixed it because the network itself is the problem. Avoid if you need a reliable mobile service.

it's a great company you can keep in contact with them via the messages in the app also you can do everything you need to in the app it also allows you to keep updated about how you are helping the environment, and they are all to happy to help you if you are in financial difficulties, and also they offer a unlimited data plan which you can get a discount on in the first few months so it only costs 20 such a great company👍
