This app is barely worth downloading. It often won't let me log in and more than half the times I've attempted a transfer or payment it tells me "Couldn't connect to server" ( although once I caught myself having made the same transfer twice bcos I thought it hadn't worked after seeing this, lucky I had enough $ in that a/c to not cop a dishonour fee). Money transferred between linked accounts takes hours to register, which disappoints me when I compare it to other banks I've used. I do like the Balance at a glance feature.
Well behind par compared to other Australian banks. App has stability issues and missing A TON of features that other bank apps have! UI and design isnt that great either! Only thing keeping me here is the competitive interest rates otherwise I'd leave!
Come on ME bank. Your transaction & savings accounts are great value and even Internet Banking is pretty decent. However, your app is sub-par and often has connection issues or showing the correct balance. ING is your direct competitor and their app eats yours for breakfast! Get this sorted or you WILL lose business.
This app is pretty poor. When I log in the balance shows with the title of the account written over it. Does the same in the edit account name section too. Transactions are hard to follow. May need more than just black and white display. Mine definitely doesn't look well set out like in the above pictutes.
Oh ME... This is my first negative review ever. The app is just so very average. It is almost the only thing dragging you down. I want to love you but this needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Load times are terrible (sometimes it just doesn't load) it's clunky and slow.
At this point in time, the ME Bank App is one of the worst banking apps I have used. I regularly chase the best rate, which not doubt ME Bank currently has, but I am so unimpressed and annoyed by the functionality and design of their app, that I'm considering foregoing the interest to USE an app and online banking website that provides a far greater experience. ME Bank; as a institution aiming for a complete online presence, a substantial investment in your online application development would go a very long way.
We fixed a few bugs, tidied up and generally gave things a quick spruce-up.
