Slow to log in, requires a new login every time you switch between apps, it's harder to use and much less functional than the website - I've given up on the app and just use the website on my phone instead. Definitely not the app for Me
The app needs some love. My biggest pain is that I want to see my balance when I open the app. Not have to then click another option to "peek" at my balance or have to login fully. All other banks have this feature - why would ME make it complicated.
[update] I love ME Bank but the app lets them down. The latest version is much better as you can now minimize it or switch between apps without being automatically logged out. It's still a little slow and while I can do the basic banking stuff I can't get many of the other features to work (eg: locate an ATM, or help/FAQ). Frustrating!
This app is as basic as they come it needs a massive redesign and more features. You can't even link your cards to Android pay so there is no way to pay with your phone wich is very handy. I hope to see updates sooner rather than later.
Pretty crappy app. This app is my main interaction with the bank but it feels like an afterthought on ME's part. It's hard to get details on transactions. It tells you the 'from' account in the 'to' field for direct debit transaction details.
Yeah the app is functional for the basic features and I can check my account on it, but it doesn't support recurring payments and some other features that would be nice. I don't mind the design though, clean, simple black and white.
