Slow to log in, requires a new login every time you switch between apps, it's harder to use and much less functional than the website - I've given up on the app and just use the website on my phone instead. Definitely not the app for Me
Pretty crappy app. This app is my main interaction with the bank but it feels like an afterthought on ME's part. It's hard to get details on transactions. It tells you the 'from' account in the 'to' field for direct debit transaction details.
Yeah the app is functional for the basic features and I can check my account on it, but it doesn't support recurring payments and some other features that would be nice. I don't mind the design though, clean, simple black and white.
Not very functional and feels quite dated. ME is a good bank shame about the app.
Would love to rate it more stars but the app lacks features, feels dated. Great bank... please bring the app up to speed. Take Commonwealth as a benchmark. Their app is great.
If this could be more like the Commbank app, it'd be a winner! Great bank, great interest rates, just a sub par app.
