Clunky, unreliable, interface is not good. Text for the messaging part is really small and hard to read, and the last time I use it the app kept crashing while I was trying to have a conversation with someone. The automated response system is TERRIBLE ("Help making a claim" "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying" 😡). Worst part is that there's no option for doing it through the website. So bad it's making me want to drop Medibank.

App is buggy. Digital card doesn't work at my physio. There is no option in the app to allow access to my photo library so I can upload screenshots of my receipts (permission is for camera only). When I try and take photos of my receipts on the computer monitor, I can only upload 1 photo, even though I am trying to claim for 3 appointments with 3 payments under the same provider.

I found a bug today, when I am using the make a claim function, it has 3 options to upload the evidence (take photo from camera, upload from photo library, or from phone files). I have confirmed all the permissions in my phone for Medibank app have been set to "allow", but the latter 2 options are always saying " no permison and please go to setttings". As camera can do still, I just take a photo, but the receipt from the shop is not able to upload as it stored in the phone. Android system.
