Current version of the app does not work. When I try to look up the provider number, it says "You have entered an invalid provider number". Yet when I enter the same provider number in the web based version claiming, it finds the provider with no issue. Same deal with Claims History. It says to check my internet connection and try again (happens on both wifi and 4g)
Cannot claim everything The ability to claim everything you can on the main website should be implemented as a priority to the mobile app otherwise the app just wastes my limited phone storage space. Get with modern day Australia you are no longer govt owned so get with the picture and develop a decent useful app that isn't a waste of time and space.
Waste of time Why release an app when you can only claim under 4 categories. What a waste of time. Can't see the point in having it with these limitations. Perhaps it should tell you this before you go through the login process.
Terrible- Wont even let you sign in. Wont even let you sign in. Every time you try it says "something must have gone wrong". I can only log in via the actual website. Absolute rubbish. Do not waste your time trying, because then your account gets locked. So stupid.
A bit pointless You can't do very much, you end up needing to use the website instead.
Not a Smart user flow So you start the app to make a new claim, choose the new claim Option, Login, and THEN it tells you that you can only claim 4 types of Medical services. Why not tell me at the very start so i don't waste my time!
