What's the point? Useless app, just refers you to the mobile version of the website. Claim history is not in chronological order & impossibly to can't find how much you have left for things such as extras. The old app used to show your limits, and how much you've used. You should make that feature available as a part of the mobile version. Premiums keep going up and use ability keeps going down.
Needs work 1. Never saves my previous providers, I get the error 'an error occurred receiving your recent providers', tried a number of times over the month. I don't want to type in the provider code every time. 2. Please add a Save Password option, I don't want to be typing a complex password while I'm on the go. 3. Claims History doesn't work, keeps returning "something went wrong". Please fix these issues. Thank you
Totally and utterly USELESS! It has now become just a weblink to the website requiring you to log in. Once in, all it does is show your member number, a tab that shows your hospital cover (what you are covered for or not covered for), and an extras tab that only shows your max limits. Basically it's a dumbed down version of your T&C's and that's it. It no longer shows running balance of your extras like the original app, so there's no way to check what you have left to spend without calling.
What a joke The app has several different options which all just link you straight to the medibank website. It also advises you the website may not work on mobile devices and may need to be viewed on a laptop. I was able to view the website but couldn't log on via the mobile site even though my details were correct. Why have an app if it just links you to a website. Why have a website that doesn't allow you to log in. This is a joke. It's 2016 guys; sort yourselves out.
Laughable In this technological world where mobile rules and apps consume most of our time you would think a company that charges what medibank does would have an app. Instead this "app" just links you to the website to log in and perform all tasks. Pretty sure parts of the site arent mobile optimised. Long story short, just go in store...
App sucks now You cant see how much you have left to claim. Disappointing changes. May lose me as a customer. Perfect reason to try other health fund providers.
