I've never had a problem with this app at any time. I can see all my cover, waiting periods, all my claims, and when my premium is due. I think it's a great app. Stable. Logs in every time. I don't know how or why others have problems with it. Always been able to log in and navigate. Haven't tried to make a claim through the app, but I prefer to visit a store to do this anyway. Good work Medibank :)
After update to the latest version, I'm not able to log in to the app. Everytime I click on the username box, it will just redirect me back to the welcome screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem.
Latest version, still won't load remaining balance! Never got it. Staff in your shop was scratching his head too.
Seems like it doesn't work for OSHC customers. If so that's pretty unfair to only provide convenience to customers who apparently pay more.
It was great at the start but when I updated the app I can't log into it anymore as it redirects me to the start when I try to put my user email address.... I uninstalled it and reinstall it but it still won't let me log into it
It does not let me log in. It goes back to the home screen

• Updated the scroll issue on finding previously visited Providers in the ‘Claims’ section, because we know you love your faves!
• Updated Find a Provider experience and the ‘Contact Us’ Page to display correct hours.
• Amended Policy number to display consistently within the app.
