The app functions are ok, but what's the point of integrating a finger print scanner when I still have to enter my password as well every time I want to log on - even though the finger print was accepted? You're turning a positive feature into an annoying nuisance.
New update crashing quite often. Can use fingerprint to login but most of the time you also need to enter your password as well. Pretty crappy effort.
It takes days for details of transactions to appear, I'm going back to commonwealth bank their service is much better and quicker. Regret changing to nab they are behind in regards to technology
App works fine once in there. Just wished the finger print scanner actually worked. I have to type in my password every time. When will NAB support Samsung Pay?
After switching from Commbank, it's definitely noticeable that the NAB app isn't quite up to par. Debits take a day or so to be listed correctly so it can be hard to keep track of which payment is which. Also would be handy to be able to save store loyalty cards within the app. This is something i used alot on the commbank app, would be a handy feature to include.
The app is generally great however it crashes a lot on two devices (both of which are Google flagships; Nexus 6P and Pixel 2 XL) running the latest Android OSP updates. They give you lots of control over your credit cards and it is generally very convenient. I've not used the CommBank app but I see a lot of people comparing it. I might have to try it to give a better review.
• Afterpay - find out more and register
• Visa Checkout - find out more and register
• Bug fixes - app crashes, edit or delete invalid characters in a payee description, overlapping Pay and filter buttons on Transaction History when using search
