Ratings and reviews

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.

app under maintenance way too often, this affects transferring funds to any accounts. customer service too long, i sent a simple request to close a bank account they took almost 7 hours to respond. too many inconvenient errors effecting the use of internet banking. the app is currently down and I am not able to transfer any funds even to my secondary account that is also a nab account.

The widget is an important feature of the app. Currently it is not displaying the correct balances. Refreshing doesn't work and even logging in to the app, it still doesn't display the correct balance. It's been like this for a few weeks. I have removed the widget, re-added it, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app all to no avail.
