Ever since the update, this app has been rubbish. It took forever to get past the 'Let's go' screen, and won't even let me no matter how many times I push the login button or hold it for a few seconds. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times after it glitches the first time. Do not recommend this app at all, unless the issues are fixed. The update totally screwed mine up.
Latest update seems good. I have a request i hope i can explain. If i am viewing an account and part way down the transactions list and switch to another app where i enter my expenses and then go back to the NAB app, the screen scrolls back to the top of the account transactions. I would like the position i was in to be maintained when i am switching back and forth. At the moment i have to scroll back down and find where I was and then continue entering my expenses
Can your app stop asking for my bloody location. I've tapped "never ask me again" more times than I can count and it keeps popping up immediately afterwards. I can't use the app at all due to this!
App use to be great. Consistently freezing and unable to close now. NFC payment login page is impossible to use and so is logging into the app. Tried closing the app but phone freezes after. I tried to transfer money to someone and app crashed, transfered money again and it transfered double the amount. Please fix this app :)
Ever since the latest update, I have been unable to use the "show recent apps" button on my phone's navigation bar while using the NAB app. Sometimes the app loads then crashes. Seems very buggy. This is very annoying and makes me want to stop using the app. The app was working fine before the update. Other that... the app is good and is easier than using the website.
This was a great app until nab pay stopped working, complaining of a "glitch in the network" and needs to be re installed, but then only works for a day before failing again. The widget has now become a total waste of space and only updates after logging into the app so what's the point?
• View information about where, when and who you used your card with
• Opt in to register your card to receive push notifications for all approved or declined card transactions
• Improved stability which caused some customers to experience crashes (due to accessibility conflicts and multi-users profiles)
• Updating your Account Nickname from the My Cards area did not reflect in some other areas of the app.
