Make secure payments instantly:
• Make fast instant payments or schedule future payments within the app.
• Share or save your payment receipts for your personal record.
• View transaction and merchant details from NAB debit or credit card purchases.
• Share your BSB and account details or create a PayID to quickly and easily receive payments.

Ratings and reviews

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.

I had to remove this app after having used it for many years, it had an excellent user experience although I believe when they updated it in 2020 the user experience got slightly worse, and a lot of useful information was suddenly hidden, or not available. The new terms and conditions are very disappointing, I used the app a few weeks ago and as I was in a hurry I ended up blindingly accepting them because they pop up as soon as you try to log in and I didn't get a chance to review them.

A bit old and clunky. Being able to adjust credit card usage controls is useful, but would be much more useful if it would allow me to set per transaction limits. At the moment it lets me block all online transactions. But that also blocks bills paid through card that I set up online, Google pay in-app purchases etc. Adjustable per transaction limits is more practical and customer friendly and mitigates the risk of fraud better than blanket blocking all online payments.

What's new

Our latest update allows you to simply and securely set up PayPal directly from the app, removing the need to manually enter in your card details.
