it wont play any of the replays. just goes back to renew subscription page. i have a year long subscription. Would've consided renewing, but for the past 5 months, with the updates, there has been no fix of this bug. What are your programmers doing, painting their nails?
Games won't play. No help from the supposed 24/7 team.. finally started to play yay days after the games
App worked fine when I watched the Fast 5 Series late last year, but now won't play any match replays as a "connection error" message appears. Sort it out please! I'm missing out on the 2018 Quad Series!! :-(
An awful app that is full of bugs not allowing you to watch matches. I'm disappointed to see no feedback from the service providers about addressing the app issues or offering refunds.
I have a yearly subscription, but can't watch any videos! The app keeps asking to restore my subscrioption, and when I try to, I get a message that they can't connect. Please fix this! There isiterally no other way to contact the makers of the app, if you're not a Telstra customer.
